Honey Bee Treat and Seal
Honey Bee
Treat and Seal
If you’ve recently noticed bees entering and exiting a crevice on your home or business, chances are they’ve begun to build a hive in the area.
When caught early enough that minimal honeycomb is present in the cavern, the best solution is our Treat and Seal service. For this service, we apply pesticide to eliminate the bees, allow them to flee, and then seal the entrance holes or crevices to prevent any future infestations.
This service includes a satisfaction guarantee as well as an assurance that you will be free of bees in that spot for the next month. If bees somehow find another way into the same area, we will return and perform another Treat and Seal service at no cost to you.

Pool/Fountain Treatments
If you have a pool, spa, fountain, or other water feature, there’s a good chance it becomes a busy watering hole for honey bees and wasps during hot or dry times. These foraging bees and wasps can be an annoyance at best, and the source of a painful sting at worst.
BeeMaster offers both one-time services or monthly maintenance plans, using a proprietary blend of chemical agents (harmless to humans and pets) around the edges of the pool or fountain. The strong smell (pleasant to humans and animals) repels the pests away from your water source so that you can enjoy it once again.
The result can be nearly instantaneous and usually lasts for 30 days, or we happily treat again for free!
This program has been met with overwhelmingly positive results. We have helped hundreds of people just like you reclaim their pools!

Wasp & Nest Removal
Most people don’t think about wasps, until you begin to notice their nests appearing on the eaves of your home or you find them entering your home through ceiling vents.
Although many may attempt to deal with wasps on their own, it’s always a good idea to call a professional. Not only can we deal with the wasp problems you have, we can also help prevent issues in the future.
We offer re-screening services for roof vents to prevent wasps entering your home or business, in addition to nest removals and prevention services. We also are actively developing and testing a chemical- and pesticide-free wasp trap which should be available soon. Our water and pool treatment is also effective against local wasp species.
No matter where you’ve found wasps, we have a solution ready for you today!

Honey Bee Swarm Trap Systems
Honey Bee
Swarm Trap Systems
An unfortunate reality of being a homeowner in the Southwest is that bees want to move into your home or other structures whenever possible. These bee hives can be damaging to your homes, costly to remove, and can threaten the safety of your families and pets.
But what if we could simply stop the bees from moving in at all?
That’s the exact purpose and function of the BeeMaster Swarm Trap System: to intercept the incoming bee swarms BEFORE they decide to set up shop in your building or home.
We use a combination of location, monitoring, and our patented pheromone technology to lure the bees into our bee traps instead of having them enter your home or business.
Once a box is full, we simply swap it for an empty box and continue the service. We take the bee swarm to join our collection of hives out on Willow Springs Ranch. Through it all, your house remains protected and bee-free.
Want to know the best part?
If you ever do end up with an infestation in your home or building, we will remove it FOR FREE. (As long as you maintain the trap service.)
To get started, contact us to set up an inspection today! Most protection can be installed within 48 hours and is effective immediately.
Over the years, Dr. Steve Thoenes has conducted thousands of hours of research in the field as he has tested and implemented new honey bee and wasp technologies. As his team has grown, they have also begun thoroughly designing and conducting experiments to refine and test new products for our clients.
We have also developed a partnership with our local University of Arizona to conduct experiments and research in conjunction with their staff and students.
We are always open to partnering with new individuals, businesses, or organizations to engage in research and experiments on local honey bees or wasps. If you or your organization are interested in partnering with us, please reach out today and we would be happy to discuss how we can help!

Apiary Care & Consulting
Our apiary manager, Garret, maintains dozens and sometimes over 100 hives at a time for the company at Willow Springs Ranch. He works tirelessly to ensure the health of our bees while also engaging in research, design and production when he is able.
We maintain these hives as a part of our Swarm Trap Systems and research and product development.
Africanized Honey Bees are notoriously aggressive and hostile, but they are also great at producing honey and keeping their hives free of pests that may destroy them. European Honey Bees, on the other hand, tend to be much more docile but also produce less honey and are not as capable of keeping their hives pest- and disease-free. Because of this, we are trying to encourage the more docile and higher production hives to flourish while also keeping an eye out for disastrous diseases and pests.
We are always happy to consult with individuals or businesses requiring our expertise on honey bees. If this is something you need, please call or message us today!
